Do I need prior healthcare experience?

No, our programs are open to all students. CNA Prep is designed to guide beginners.

How do I receive my certificate?

Certificates are issued digitally and/or in print upon successful completion of the program.

What should I bring to class?

Bring a notebook, pen, and valid ID. Study materials are provided.

Enrollment: Seats are reserved once payment is received. Students will receive an email confirmation with class details.
Rescheduling: Students may reschedule at no cost if notice is given at least 48 hours before the start date.
Refunds: Full refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the course begins.
Attendance: Students must attend all required sessions to receive certification. Missed hours may require retaking the class.
Certification: Certificates are issued upon successful completion of coursework and, where applicable, passing required exams.
